Overview
 
At Gift Affairs, our refund and returns policy is valid for 7–10 working days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
 
To be eligible for a return:
•The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
•The item must be in its original packaging
•A receipt or proof of purchase is required
 
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
 
 
Non-Returnable Items
 
The following items cannot be returned:
•Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
•Intimate or sanitary products
•Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
 
Additional non-returnable items include:
•Gift cards
•Downloadable software products
•Certain health and personal care items
 
 
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
 
Partial refunds may be granted in these situations:
•Books with visible signs of use
•Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
•Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
•Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
 
 
Refunds
 
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
 
If approved:
•The refund will be issued to your original method of payment
•Processing time is 7–10 working days
 
 
Late or Missing Refunds
 
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
1.Recheck your bank account
2.Contact your credit card company (posting may take time)
3.Contact your bank for further processing

Sale Items
 
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.
 
 
Exchanges
 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
•If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit once the return is approved
•If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser
 
 
Return Shipping
 
To return your product, please mail it to:

•Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
•Shipping charges are non-refundable
•Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund
•Delivery times for exchanges may vary by location
 
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
